No Telescopes Were Scheduled for Decommissioning until 2010… uh WHAT!?

Decommissioning plans have been required by law, and the Conservation District Use Application process, since 1968. 

Witness McLare Testifies that University of Hawaii Lawyers solicit and influence Mr. McLare to limit his testimony to the specific topic of:

“Decommissioning of Telescopes and Limits on Future Development”

Hearing order enforces UH solicitation to require that parties may not cross examine witnesses on anything other than tampered-with, and dictated written direct testimony submitted ahead of oral testimony and whose topic has been restricted by UH compelling said amd same witness.
